Modern research into the science of resiliency has, in effect, changed the "stress management" model. The discipline of Positive Psychology has turned the concept on its head, and three decades of research demonstrated that we can build our inner resources and prevent the effects of excessive or prolonged stress from even taking hold in many cases.
Mindability's Resiliency Program is a comprehensive, engaging, self-directed program. It is scientifically based and systematically teaches participants a set of resiliency tools covering four key areas.
Instead of focusing on our weaknesses, the program emphasizes what is known about the causes of better health, happiness and higher performance and allows participants to begin implementing simple, effective strategies right away.
Any organization whose mission is to improve the mental and physical well being of it's clients or work force in the following ways:
- Potentially increase their life span by years
- Increase their resistance to stress and subsequent physical illness including the number one killer, heart disease
- Improve job satisfaction and organizational productivity
- Bolster their subjective sense of well being and happiness
- Build resistance to poor life choices and habits such as drug and alcohol abuse

The Resiliency4Life Program's most wide spread application is within organizational settings including business, health care, and public safety institutions through online education and training. A supplementary mobile app is also available for participants.
The program, however, is also available for use on an individual self-directed basis.
